The post on the Google blog describes 19 years old journey by the founders of the search engine Larry Page and Sergey Brin at Stanford University who has met by chance that turned into a 'happy surprise that started it all.'
The blog adds, "From there, the two came together with a common goal in mind: to organize the world's information and make it universally accessible and useful, a mantra that would go on to become Google's mission statement. The two hunkered down in a garage - Google's first office - and got to work."
Google blog further informs that Google has grown throughout the past 19 years to reach several billion users in most countries with over 150 languages worldwide.
